422 third-grade students across Prairie North Health Region participated in the Walk with Charlie Chew Challenge, celebrating Nutrition Month in March and Oral Health Month in April.
We received many excellent submissions and appreciated all of the efforts teachers and students made to complete the challenge criteria. The challenge helped students learn about and celebrate oral health and nutrition. It was a lot of fun to read about all the excellent ideas on things you can do to keep your teeth and body healthy! We also loved all your photos and drawings highlighting your physical activity.
A special congratulations goes out to Miss Warnock's class at Winston Churchill School, Lloydminster for winning the grand prize! Check out the photo below of their class out enjoying a spring day on the playground.
