RESIGNATION - FACILITY MANAGER

March 27, 2007

It is with regret I announce the resignation of Caroll Spence, Facility Manager of Riverside Health Complex – Turtleford, effective July 1, 2007.

Caroll has served as Facility Manager for the Riverside Health Complex since April, 2006. Prior to that Caroll was the facility manager for Lady Minto Health Care Center – Edam for 9 years. Caroll has been a very effective member of the rural management team, and an integral participant on regional committees including: accreditation, OH&S, local Trust Fund and Thunderchild Health Liaison, just to name a few. Through her participation with Toast Masters International and management experiences, Caroll has recently developed a presentation entitled “Polish & Protocols”, which she will share at this year’s SAHO convention.

Caroll has lived in Turtleford for ten years and is looking forward to spending more time with family and perhaps pursuing other opportunities within Prairie North Health Region.

On behalf of Prairie North Health Region Board, Management and Staff, thank you for your contribution to rural health care and best of luck with your future endeavors. I hope we see you again soon.

Neal Sylvestre
Director of Rural Health Facilities
